When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RINRON reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any lawful reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until RINRON confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as RINRON may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order enters production.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or otherwise has a delivery issue, please contact us at hello@rinron.shop and we’ll review the available shipping and tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

RINRON™ takes the protection of its brand, creative work, and original content seriously.

The RINRON™ name, RINRON logos, brand identity, slogans, distinctive branding elements, and other source-identifying marks are used by RINRON in connection with its products and business. No license or permission to use RINRON branding is granted by accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services.

The Services may contain artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, product designs, product imagery, written material, visual compositions, website content, and other creative materials containing original or licensed elements protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

To the extent protected by applicable law, such materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative commercial products without authorization from RINRON or the applicable rights holder, except as otherwise permitted by law.

Purchasing a RINRON product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with the artwork, branding, design, or other creative content appearing on that product.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use of protected RINRON branding, artwork, product imagery, website content, or other protected creative elements may result in appropriate enforcement action. Where appropriate, RINRON may submit infringement reports, takedown requests, or other notices to marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, hosting providers, social-media platforms, search services, and other applicable service providers.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing in the Services grants or shall be construed as granting any license or other right under any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right belonging to RINRON, Shopify, or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

RINRON is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with RINRON.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and RINRON, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with RINRON.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RINRON, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and RINRON consent to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of New York.
